You can post various documents for optional documentation of the fields but you MUST fill in the values within the fields in order to do the calculations by year, create a history of your data with visualization through charts and also create xlsx or csv files to save your values at any time.
Yes, to change your organization or personal profile information, follow the steps below:
Click on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the page. A menu with four options will appear. Select “My Profile”. From there, you can edit both your personal profile information and your organization’s information as needed.
The data you enter on the platform is automatically saved under the following conditions:
– If you go to another module (e.g. from tab 1.1 to the next or another module, using either the “Previous” or “Next” buttons or by clicking directly on the module or another tab).
– If you tap the disk icon to save directly.
If you do not follow any of the above steps, your data will not be saved.
-Draft: when the submission or field has not been submitted
-Submitted: when the submission/field has been submitted for evaluation (in this state the user cannot edit the fields)
-Under evaluation: The submission has been opened and is being evaluated by the Accredited Verifier
-Clarification: The submission with specific fields has been returned to the user for editing and correction (once the correction is complete the user must click Submit again)
-Confirmed: The submission/field is confirmed and the user cannot edit the fields again
